Farsi OCR converts combinations of Farsi (Arabic based) scripts into editable formats. This innovative recognition capability provides a competitive advantage that many OCR software programs do not have the capacity to support. Unfortunately, Apple versions of ReadIRIS currently do not support ArabicHebrew, and Farsi scripts.

ABBYY FineReader Server has further advanced Farsi OCR capabilities for more modern, versatile applications.

ABBYY have incorporated Farsi OCR features into their FineReader Server and enterprise server OCR solutions.  This Farsi OCR component is an optional accessory, and new users have the ability to choose their preferred version when purchasing. The helpful links below will take you directly to our Persian OCR supported programs.
