PaperFlow is deliberately easy to use. Setup, scanning and indexing are simpler than in a full capture platform, and you avoid the work of installing, configuring and maintaining a database — the whole application runs on one workstation. The familiar Microsoft® ribbon interface puts effectively every feature within a few seconds of where you are working.
Where PaperFlow fits
PaperFlow is the single-workstation member of the Digitech capture family. If you need distributed capture across several operators, a job server, or advanced classification and forms processing, look at PaperVision Capture instead. If one operator scans batches and files them into an ECM system or a shared folder, PaperFlow is the cheaper and considerably simpler option.
